Advisory Panel

Steering Group

Oversees the building of resources and determines its priorities.

Advisory Group

Consists of four experts in their field who will advise the steering group and play a role in monitoring the platform and developing the self-sustainability of the project

Professor Robbie Waugh, Scottish Crop Research Institute (http://www.scri.ac.uk/)
Professor Waugh is head of a programme at SCRI and is familiar with reverse genetics platforms, set up the barley TILLING Platform at SCRI

Dr Michael Udvardi, Noble Foundation (http://www.noble.org/PlantBio/index.htm)
Dr Udvardi is an international expert who has workded for many years on Lotus and Arabidopsis and now heads the Medicago group at the Noble Foundation

Dr Sean May, NASC

Dr May is the Director of NASC , the European Arabidopsis Stock Centre and has considerable experience of resource management.

Mr Mike J Ambrose, JIC Germplasm Manager

Mike Ambrose is the Germplasm Curator at JIC and has experience of storage, cataloguing and the distribution of seed.
